Dr. Adkins has been providing primary vision care since 2000. Her goal is to provide patients with the best vision and healthiest eyes possible. With this in mind, our team is continually updated with the latest in technology and continuing education. Our comprehensive eye care includes eye health vision examinations, treatment for injuries, Dry Eye therapy, senior and pediatric vision care, custom-fitted contact lenses, unique and distinctive eyewear, and high-quality sunglasses. The concerns and health of our eye care family is always of the utmost importance to us. We are a team of eye care professionals dedicated to providing our patients with the most thorough and up-to-date care available for their eyes and vision care needs.

Our Doctors

Dr. Angela Adkins, O.D.
Dr. Angela Adkins graduated from the University of Missouri St. Louis College Of Optometry in 2000 with honors. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. Born and raised in West Virginia, Dr. Adkins is now proud to call Texas her home. She began her optometric career in St. Louis, MO where she received Optometrist of the Year and Excellence in Customer Care awards in 2003 and 2004. She has extensive training in diagnosing and treating ocular disease and management of diabetic retinopathy as well as contact lens fitting and pediatric vision care. Dr. Adkins also has a background working as a care giver for those with physical and mental disabilities and has volunteered with the Special Olympics. She has provided volunteer optometric care in Oaxaca, Mexico as well as charitable eye care for St. Louis Community Services, the Lion’s Club, and Gift of Sight. She enjoys painting, cake decorating, swimming and exploring new places in the Austin area. Her husband, Brian is a native Texan and works in the IT field. When not spending time at her new office, she is running after their two young toddlers, Amanda and Jake and golden retriever, Winston.

 

Our Staff

Harry Perez, General Manager A lifelong Texan and Austinite for the last 14 years, Harry has been in the optical industry for 23 years. The past 10 years Harry has spent managing a corporate optical in Cedar Park. In that time he has worked in most facets of the industry ranging from independent opticals, franchises, corporate opticals and wholesale laboratories. He is well versed in all aspects of frame styling and has extensive knowledge of eyeglass materials and their fabrication. Harry also loves a challenge. So the more unique your prescription, if you have had trouble with the fit of your glasses, or difficulty seeing properly out of your current pair, you are in good hands.
He and his wife, Lisa, were recently married in April and have five children between them ranging in age from 11 to 20. Spending time with his family is one of his favorite things. His hobbies include running, paintball, camping, and spending as much time as possible at Barton Springs and the Greenbelt.

 

 

 

Brittany Toll, Assistant Manager / Optician While born and raised on a farm in Kansas, Brittany moved to Texas, and specifically Austin, as quick as she could. With over five years of experience in the optics industry, Brittany is well equipped to help you find and fit your perfect pair of eyeglasses.
In her spare time, Brittany enjoys playing oboe in the Austin Symphony Band, Williamson County Community Orchestra, and Hyde Park Baptist Church Orchestra. She also loves playing and swimming with her eight nieces and nephews. Other hobbies include reading, crochet, cross-stitch, hardanger embroidary, quilling, and whatever crazy projects her Austin sister can cook up.
